CAMO Support & Technical Services

Delivery-focused aviation engineering and continuing airworthiness support. Our aviation consultancy services cover CAMO, Technical Representative support (TechRep), technical records review/verification, and fleet/asset oversight across Airbus and Embraer operations.

Asset and fleet management

Asset & Fleet Management

We support lessors and key stakeholders with end-to-end aircraft and engine asset management, including acquisitions, lease transitions, and maintenance events. When you are acquiring a new asset or managing an aircraft transition, we provide technical representation focused on continuing airworthiness records and physical condition reviews to protect value and reduce risk.

For complete aircraft or engines only requests, we help you validate asset condition, identify issues early, and avoid unnecessary cost exposure. This includes on-site oversight of the maintenance provider to control scope growth and excessive charges, and assembling a compliant technical documentation package (airworthiness records, status evidence, traceability) to support leasing decisions and negotiations. Early records review also improves readiness for lease delivery/redelivery and strengthens your position in contractual discussions.

Technical representative services

Technical Representative Services

With hands-on EASA Part-66 B1/B2 experience across multiple aircraft types, our on-site technical representatives give confidence that maintenance is performed correctly, transparently, and without cost inflation. We support project coordination, shop-visit monitoring, findings follow-up, and evidence capture to ensure controlled delivery and a robust technical outcome.

We are also specialised in mid-term asset inspections with worldwide coverage, delivering objective findings, clear risk prioritisation, and practical recommendations that improve lessor oversight and support evidence-based engagement with the lessee and MRO. Our approach strengthens compliance assurance, highlights value-impacting discrepancies early, and provides a defensible technical snapshot for decision-making.

With headquarters in Sofia, a region with a dense concentration of MRO facilities, we can respond immediately for on-site inspections, targeted checks, and MRO oversight.

Aircraft and engine expertise

Aircraft & Engine Expertise

Airbus A220 (BD-500) — Entry Into Service (EIS) support

Our team has been directly involved in A220 Entry Into Service programmes. With strong Airbus liaison experience and solid knowledge of the BD-500 ecosystem, we support operators through EIS planning, early-life issue management, and the practical setup of airworthiness and engineering processes for a stable start of operations.

We also guide key decisions such as initial provisioning and spares strategy, warranty management, and evidence setup — helping protect cost and availability during the operational stabilisation phase.

Pratt & Whitney GTF ecosystem (PW1100G / PW1500G / PW1900G)

GTF engines deliver outstanding efficiency, but they require disciplined maintenance planning and familiarity with OEM-specific processes that can be challenging for new operators. We bring hands-on experience with the PW1500G/PW1900G environment and support key decisions around planning, reliability management, spares strategy, and cost control — helping you reduce avoidable exposure and maintain operational flexibility.

We also have contractual experience with Fleet Management Program arrangements and Collins spares support models, which can be valuable for new operators and improve lifecycle protection.

Airbus A319/A320/A321 CEO and NEO

We provide consultation grounded in real operational experience across CAMO, line maintenance, and base maintenance. Whether you need support with continuing airworthiness, maintenance input, reliability topics, records governance, or troubleshooting recurring issues, we deliver clear, actionable guidance.

Embraer E-Jet E1 family (E170, E175, E190, E195)

Our team also brings deep experience with the Embraer E-Jet E1 platform. As this mature aircraft type continues in service, operators increasingly face age-related and recurring issues—such as cracking in pylon link lugs—that require proactive engineering management and well-structured maintenance planning.

We have hands-on experience with the Embraer BushMax modification, and we provide high-value guidance for base maintenance planning, including slot timeframe allocation and accurate man-hours (MHRS) forecasting. This enables stable planning, improved downtime control and more defensible operational forecasting.

CAMO system and operational governance

CAMO System & Operational Governance

We provide practical, compliance-driven support to airlines operating a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). As operations evolve—fleet growth, organisational change, new contracts or process transitions—we help keep your CAMO robust and adaptable without compromising airworthiness, safety or regulatory compliance.

Whether you are a newly established operator or an established airline implementing major change, we help you plan and deliver improvements with controlled risk and clear outcomes. Typical engagements include CAMO governance reviews, subcontractor oversight, independent departmental assessments, and development or refinement of contractual KPI/SLA frameworks.

We also support major cross-functional change programmes beyond the CAMO department, including AMOS implementation affecting airworthiness management, stores, logistics, maintenance and accounting workflows, and Centrik transitions impacting compliance and safety pillars. We enable controlled implementation through structured Management of Change (MoC), data and process alignment, and evidence-based compliance assurance.

Our consulting team has extensive multi-type engineering experience across Airbus A320 CEO/NEO, Airbus A220-300 (BD-500-1A11), Airbus A220-100 (BD-500-1A10) and the Embraer E-Jet E1 family (E170, E175, E190, E195).

Airbus A220 (BD-500)

As a relatively new aircraft type with rapidly expanding global adoption, the Airbus A220 (BD-500) introduces specific continuing airworthiness considerations. We support operators in setting up and tailoring CAMO processes for the A220, including establishment of monitored documents and publications, identification of critical documents to be tracked, and structured monitoring of engine-related communications such as Special Instructions (SI), Service Bulletins (SB) and Operators Information Transmissions (OIT).

From a planning perspective, we provide Base Maintenance Planning support and practical preparation for the first base maintenance event. We maintain a strong overview of current European maintenance providers and can assist in selecting the right partner based on capability, availability and operational fit.

Compliance, audits and safety

Compliance, Audits & Safety

Our team brings extensive risk ownership experience across multiple operational and compliance roles. We understand first-hand how challenging it can be when audit performance falls below expectations, and we provide pre-audit readiness support and targeted gap assessments for CAMO to identify issues early and support timely, effective closure.

For EASA Part-IS (Information Security), we offer a dedicated consulting team that combines cybersecurity and information systems competence with strong aviation engineering and management experience—bridging regulatory compliance and practical implementation.

With ongoing IOSA experience, including risk-based audits, we perform CAMO focused gap checks aligned with the latest IOSA standards and help you strengthen evidence, responsibilities, and oversight where it matters most.

If you are experiencing recurring findings, weak audit outcomes, or challenges interpreting and applying the regulatory framework, we provide objective external support to restore compliance, strengthen evidence, and improve audit readiness (EASA/IOSA where applicable).

Where investigations or root cause analysis are proving difficult, we guide you through a structured approach to identify the underlying drivers, define effective corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.

In case short-notice coverage is required — such as temporary capacity gaps or peak audit demand — we can also provide experienced auditor support to help you maintain continuity and compliance.

Contracted line and base maintenance

Contracted Line and Base Maintenance

We provide EASA Part-66 B1 and B2 licensed certifying staff with extensive experience across multiple aircraft types including Airbus A320 family (CEO/NEO) and A330 CEO, covering both line and base maintenance. We support operators and MRO environments with a disciplined, safety-first approach, strong technical standards, and accurate maintenance records.

Line Maintenance
